What is a Managed IT solution?
We implement a range of services, procedures and support designed to fit the needs and goals of your business. We then regularly monitor, maintain, and support these solutions for a simple ongoing fixed monthly price.
Ad-hoc IT Support vs Managed IT Solution?
Ad-hoc IT Support: You request/pay for support when something breaks or becomes a problem. It is not maintained. It is a one-time fix at that point in time. Usually, the minimum is to get the service working again.
Managed IT Solution: The whole solution is managed, updated, changed and fixed as necessary on an ongoing basis. It is maintained to stop issues in the first instance. Issues and root causes are identified/resolved to stop repeat issues.
Do you offer Ad-hoc IT Support?
No.
We do not offer Ad-hoc IT Support, we like to maintain an ongoing relationship with our partners.
Do you help with IT Projects?
Yes.
We have helped several clients, companies and internal IT staff with lots of interest projects, feel free to ask us about these.

With our Managed Solutions, our interests are firmly aligned with your own business.
We do not want you to suffer downtime, we do not want to keep fixing the same problems repeatedly and will spend our own time fixing the real root cause.
It is in our interest to keep your business running smoothly so that we can all work together on really interesting things like implementing new and exciting technology and projects to keep moving forward.
How do you price your solutions?
We try to keep it simple for both parties involved, Not everything is a one-size fits all.
Generally speaking, it is a per-user, per-month price. Very easily scaling with your company and keeping costs easy to budget, but we do have a “Hybrid” model.
Can I purchase my own Software and get Support from you?
Technically, Yes. However, from a financial and support side, you would lose the benefits of a managed solution. (see below)
What is included in your Managed Solutions?
We include all of the necessary software, licenses and support to give you the required IT Solution, depending on your specific business requirements.
Yes, this can even include Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, MFA, Technology Reviews and more. It will also save you financially than if you were to buy the same software yourself, and that is not even taking into account our management and support bundled in.
