A list of devices and software
Computers, phones, printers and servers, and the software and licences your company pays for.
Where your backups are
What’s backed up, where to, how long it’s kept, and the logins for the backup service.
Network and Wi-Fi details
Admin logins for the router, firewall and Wi-Fi, and who supplies your broadband.
Any documentation
Passwords handed over securely, network notes, and contacts for the suppliers of your business software.
Stuck between your old provider and Microsoft? We’ve been there:
David and the team helped tremendously when I needed assistance moving away from a previous company and was being pushed from pillar to post between Microsoft and the other company. In the end David was able to speak to both parties, gain access to everything, transfer and then complete the setup that was required.
Jude RhodesOwner, Lawrence Legacy LtdThe onboarding fee
One-off onboarding: usually one month’s fee, paid upfront, and up to 1.5× when there’s more to do, such as migrations or a lot of work to bring things up to our standards. We agree it with you before you start.
For example, for 5 people it’s usually £240.50 on MYLE Essentials (up to £360.75) or £850 on MYLE Premium (up to £1,275), excluding VAT. Every plan has a 12-month minimum term, and none after the first year.
