IT support in Hull
We’re an IT company in Hull. Our office is on Parliament Street in the Old Town, and we’ve looked after companies here since 2015.
David Gilbey founded Just Gilbey IT Solutions in Hull in 2015, and Hull is still home: you’ll find us at 4-5 Parliament Street, Hull, HU1 2AZ, in the Old Town.
Most of our clients are solicitors, accountants and other regulated businesses, because that’s where we specialise. But we look after all kinds of companies.
Our clients are on one of our MYLE plans, at the prices published on our website, and they deal with one team that knows their set-up.
An office in Hull’s Old Town, so we’re close by when something needs a visit.
Remote Assist, the Support Portal and the phone for day-to-day support, so most problems are sorted without anyone travelling.
Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, each on the certification body’s own register.
Day to day, your team can reach us three ways. Call us on 01482 274969. Log a request on the Support Portal, so it’s tracked and nothing gets lost. Or use Remote Assist: a technician connects to your computer, with your say-so, and fixes the problem while you watch.
We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 24/7 emergency line on the same number. Not a client? Call us and tell us what’s happened. If we can help with a repair or an emergency, we’ll tell you the charge at our published rates and take payment before we start. See computer repairs and emergency IT support.
On MYLE Premium, remote support is unlimited, and your computers and Microsoft 365 sign-ins are monitored around the clock.
When something needs a person in the room, such as setting up a new office, replacing a server, sorting out a network that won’t behave or installing Wi-Fi and cabling, we come to you.
Anywhere in the UK, when it’s needed. Within about two hours of our office, that covers East Yorkshire (Beverley, Driffield, Bridlington and Goole), York, Scarborough and Harrogate, Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford, Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley, and across the Humber to Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Lincoln.
We already look after companies in York and London, with their day-to-day support done remotely, just as it is for our clients in Hull, and we can support Leeds companies the same way.
Our prices are the same for every company, and they’re on our website.
MYLE Essentials (pay-as-you-go support, with your Microsoft 365 backups, email protection and domain looked after): for a company of 5 people, 5 × £18.10 plus the £150 company retainer: £240.50 a month.
MYLE Premium (unlimited remote support, 24/7 threat detection and account monitoring, cloud backups and staff training): £475 a month for 1–2 people, £850 for 3 to 10, then £83.10 per person from 11.
Both exclude VAT, and the Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence each person needs, which is billed at Microsoft’s current price. There’s a one-off onboarding fee, usually one month’s fee. Work out the price for your company.
Our certificates are on the certification bodies’ own registers, so you can check them yourself, and our Google reviews are there for anyone to read.

Just Gilbey offers a complete support package, which means that I no longer need to worry about anything computer-related. Always happy to help, David provides honest advice and even showed me useful tools that I was already paying for but was completely unaware of.
