Managed IT Support
Your whole IT looked after for a fixed monthly price: support, security, licence management and backups.
IT support for solicitors
Confidential matters, completion money and a professional duty to keep client affairs private. We look after law firms in Hull, across Yorkshire and in London, and because our support is remote, anywhere in the UK.
Downtime costs fee-earning hours, so we keep your systems reliable and fix most problems remotely. We also help law firms adopt e-signatures, CRM and secure cloud working.
IT support for solicitors
The pressures on a law firm like yours, and what we do about each one.
Case files, emails and identity documents hold your clients’ affairs, and every one of them needs protecting.
What we doAccess controls, encryption, multi-factor authentication and a secured Microsoft 365, with 24/7 monitoring of logins and suspicious activity.
A spoofed or hacked email asking a client to send money to “new” bank details can cost a client their completion money, and the firm its reputation.
What we doEmail protection against phishing and impersonation, DMARC to stop criminals spoofing your domain, and staff training so people spot the warning signs.
Professional indemnity and cyber insurers ask detailed security questions, and expect controls like multi-factor authentication to be in place.
What we doWe help you put the controls in place and answer the questionnaire accurately, with evidence to back it up.
Fee earners need their files wherever they are, without copying them to USB sticks or personal email.
What we doSecure remote access through Microsoft 365 and the cloud, with devices managed and protected wherever they’re used.

Could someone send your clients fake bank details from your domain?
If a criminal can send email that looks like it comes from your domain, they can send your clients new bank details. Check your domain’s defences in seconds. Results appear on screen, and you don’t need to give us your details.
