Switching to us

Just Gilbey offers a complete support package, which means that I no longer need to worry about anything computer-related. Always happy to help, David provides honest advice and even showed me useful tools that I was already paying for but was completely unaware of.

Pricing questions

Do your prices include VAT?

No. All prices on this page exclude VAT.

What does MYLE stand for?

Making Your Life Easier. It’s the name of our managed IT platform and plans.

What is the company retainer on Essentials?

A £150 monthly fee per business. It keeps your account active and gives you continued access to the services included in the plan.

How do the Premium minimums work?

Premium is £475 a month for 1–2 people, £850 for 3 to 10, then £83.10 per person from 11, because of the monthly minimums. The calculator works it out for your headcount.

What does “pay as you go” mean on Essentials?

Your backups, email protection, remote access software and domain are looked after for the monthly price. Support work is charged when you use it, at our reduced rates: MYLE Essentials clients get reduced hourly rates, compared with non-clients who call us for a one-off repair or emergency help. See Rates 2026.

Is there an onboarding fee?

Yes, on both plans. One-off onboarding: usually one month’s fee, paid upfront, and up to 1.5× when there’s more to do, such as migrations or a lot of work to bring things up to our standards. We agree it with you before you start. For example, for 5 people on Essentials it’s usually £240.50 and at most £360.75; on Premium usually £850 and at most £1,275. The calculator works it out for your headcount.

Are Microsoft 365 licences included?

No. Every user needs a Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence, which is extra at Microsoft’s current price. Our plans cover setting up and managing what the licence gives you, such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes: 12 months on all plans. It gives you long enough to see your IT improve. After the first year there’s no minimum term.

How does onboarding work?

It starts with an IT Assessment. Then we review your set-up and agree a plan and a start date. Switching to us explains what we need from your old provider.

Not sure which plan fits?

Our two-minute IT Assessment tells us about your company, and we’ll recommend the plan that fits.
